Al – Baseerah Integrated Nursery School & Madrasah

I am extremely disappointed with the way this nursery has handled a recent situation involving my 3-year-old son. Due to a family emergency—his mother is currently in the hospital fighting for her life—I explained to the head teacher that we were struggling to meet the payment deadline. Despite sharing this deeply personal situation, the school has continued to chase the young boy for the late payment. Rather than showing any compassion or understanding, they seem more concerned with money than the well-being of a child who is going through a very difficult time. I find it unacceptable that a nursery, which should be focused on the care and nurturing of young children, would treat a family in crisis this way. I strongly urge any parents considering this school to think twice if you value empathy, care, and human decency. This is not the kind of environment I want my child to grow up in
