Thank you for a respectable facility now. Except for the lady, light in complexion, CAN the service by the other servers/consultants please also be professional ! There is more of loud conversations about their private life, in front of us queueing clients, waiting to be attended to after conversations. The tall African gentleman server/consultant, just left us queueing, and went out with his friends to go chat and joke outside at the entrance door at 11:40 Friday! I was hoping this embarrassing inferior service will change without having to write this letter but it is worsening! Kindest regards!
